Ember & Olive Pizzeria started with a simple vision: to share real Neapolitan pizza with London. Established by the Rossi family in 1987, our pizzeria began as a cozy, family-run spot built on recipes passed down through generations.
Marco Rossi, our founder, mastered the craft of pizza during her travels across Italy, training with master pizzaiolos in Naples—the birthplace of pizza. Back in the UK, she set out to recreate the essence of true Italian pizza using traditional techniques and top-quality ingredients.
What started as a tiny 12-seat pizzeria has grown into a cherished neighborhood favorite, yet our dedication to excellence and authenticity remains unchanged. We still bake in wood-fired ovens, prepare fresh dough daily, and source the finest ingredients we can find.
Today, Ember & Olive Pizzeria is still family-owned and operated, with the second generation of the Rossi family guiding our devoted team. While we’ve adopted thoughtful modern touches, our core mission endures: crafting delicious, authentic pizza that brings people together.
